急性重症胰腺炎并发ARDS在ICU综合治疗的效果评估分析

Evaluation and Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Treatment of Acute Severe Pancreatitis Complicated with ARDS in ICU

目的 分析急性重症胰腺炎并发ARDS在ICU综合治疗的效果评估。方法 随机选择2019年4月—2021年10月该院收治的急性重症胰腺炎并发ARDS患者100例。按照随机抽签分组法分为参比组和研究组,每组50例。参比组采用ICU常规方式治疗,研究组采用ICU综合治疗。比较两组治疗后的血气分析指标、氧合指数、平均动脉血压、血压水平、治疗总有效率、病死率。结果 治疗后,研究组血气分析指标、氧合指数、平均动脉血压均优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的血压水平好于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于参比组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.007);研究组患者的病死率为0.00%,低于参比组的12.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.432,P=0.035)。结论 在对急性重症胰腺炎并发ARDS患者进行治疗时,在ICU综合治疗能够改善患者血气分析指标,提升氧合指数,改善血压水平,提高治疗总有效率,建议为研究疾病患者治疗时使用。

Objective To analyze the effect evaluation of comprehensive treatment of acute severe pancreatitis complicated with ARDS in ICU.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute severe pancreatitis complicated by ARDS admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to October 2021 were randomly selected.They were divided into a reference group and a study group according to random drawing,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional ICU treatment,and the study group was treated with ICU comprehensive treatment.The blood gas analysis indexes,oxygenation index,mean arterial blood pressure,blood pressure level,total effective rate of treatment and case fatality rate were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the blood gas analysis indexes,oxygenation index and mean arterial blood pressure of the study group were better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood pressure level of the study group was better than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%higher than that of the reference group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P=0.007);the mortality rate of patients was 0.00%of the study group lower than that of the reference group 12.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.432,P=0.035).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute severe pancreatitis complicated by ARDS,the comprehensive treatment in ICU can improve the blood gas analysis indicators,increase the oxygenation index,improve the blood pressure level,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.It is recommended to be used in the treatment of patients with research diseases.
