普拉洛芬治疗角结膜干燥症的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Pranoprofen in the Treatment of Keratoconjunctiva Xerosis

目的 探讨普拉洛芬在角结膜干燥症临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 方便选取该院2020年7月—2021年8月期间收治的108例角结膜干燥症患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为观察组(普拉洛芬治疗)和对照组(人工泪液治疗),各54例,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者的治疗有效率(92.59%vs77.78%)以及治疗后的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)指标[(12.95±1.26)s vs (11.04±1.18)s]高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.696,t=8.131,P<0.05)。观察组患者的角膜荧光素染色试验(FS)评分[(0.59±0.19)分vs (1.13±0.24)分]以及治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平[(143.28±12.96)ng/L vs (259.47±18.23)ng/L]、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平[(37.22±8.04)ng/L vs (71.08±9.52)ng/L]低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.963、38.173、19.968,P<0.05)。观察组患者的眼部不适症状消失时间[(4.25±1.04)d vs (6.18±1.29)d]、泪液分泌恢复正常时间[(7.02±1.27)d vs (9.23±1.56)d]比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(t=8.559、8.073,P<0.05)。结论 在角结膜干燥症的临床治疗中,应用普拉洛芬作为治疗药物,可以有效改善患者的临床症状,促进其眼功能的良好恢复,减少疾病对于患者日常生活的困扰。

Objective To explore the application effect of pranoprofen in the clinical treatment of keratoconjunctiva xerosis.Methods A total of 108 patients with keratoconjunctiva xerosis who were treated in the hospital from July 2020 to August 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and using the random number table method,divided into the observation group(pranoprofen treatment)and the control group(artificial tears treatment),54 cases in each group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effective rate(92.59%vs 77.78%)and tear film break-up time(BUT)after treatment[(12.95±1.26)s vs(11.04±1.18)s]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.696,t=8.131,P<0.05).The corneal fluorescein staining test(FS)score of the observation group[(0.59±0.19)points vs(1.13±0.24)points]and the level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)[(143.28±12.96)ng/L vs(259.47±18.23)ng/L],the level of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)[(37.22±8.04)ng/L vs(71.08±9.52)ng/L]after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=12.963,38.173,19.968,P<0.05).The time to disappearance of eye discomfort symptoms in the observation group[(4.25±1.04)d vs(6.18±1.29)d]and the time for tear secretion to return to normal[(7.02±1.27)d vs(9.23±1.56)d]were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.559,8.073,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of keratoconjunctiva xerosis,the application of pranoprofen as a therapeutic drug can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the good recovery of their eye function,and reduce the troubles of the disease to the patients'daily life.
