个性化护理联合肢体语言沟通对肺炎患儿护理配合度、心理状态及肺功能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Personalized Nursing Combined with Body Language Communication on Nursing Cooperation, Psychological State and Pulmonary Function in Children with Pneumonia

摘要 目的 探讨对肺炎患儿采用个性化护理联合肢体语言沟通干预对提高其护理配合度以及改善心率状态与肺功能的作用。方法 随机选择医院2020年1—12月收治肺炎患儿80例,按照随机数表法分组,分为采用常规护理的对照组(n=40)与采用个性化护理联合肢体语言沟通干预的研究组(n=40),比较两组患儿护理依从性,并采用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍(SCARED)、抑郁性情绪障碍(DSRSC)自评量表评价患儿的心理状态,并对比两组患儿肺功能指标第一秒用力吸气量(FEV1)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)及肺活量(VC)。结果 研究组护理依从性92.50%,高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05)。干预后研究组SCARED、DSRSC评分分别为(16.25±4.32)分、(12.67±2.53)分,均小于对照组(24.50±4.51)分、(16.50±2.71)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.355、6.434,P<0.05)。干预后研究组FEV1、MVV、VC水平分别为(2.41±0.38)L、(89.56±13.06)L/min、(2.61±0.45)L,均大于对照组(2.06±0.44)L、(81.70±12.82)L/min、(2.24±0.43)L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.808、2.716、3.760,P<0.05)。结论 对肺炎患儿采用个性化护理联合肢体语言沟通方案干预能够有效提高患儿的护理配合度,可减轻其负性情绪状态,有利于提高患儿的肺功能水平。 Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing combined with body language communication intervention on children with pneumonia in improving their nursing cooperation,heart rate status and pulmonary function.Methods 80 children with pneumonia admitted to the hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly selected and divided into the routine nursing of the control group(n=40)and the individualized nursing combined with body language communication intervention of the study group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The nursing compliance of the two groups of children was compared,and the children's psychological state was evaluated by the self-rating scale of children's anxiety disorder(SCARED)and depressive mood disorder(DSRSC),and the pulmonary function indexes forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),ventilation per minute(MVV),lung capacity(VC).of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing compliance of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of SCARED and DSRSC in the study group were(16.25±4.32)points,(12.67±2.53)points,respectively,which were lower than(24.50±4.51)points,(16.50±2.71)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.355,6.434,P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of FEV1,MVV and VC in the study group were(2.41±0.38)L,(89.56±13.06)L/min,(2.61±0.45)L,which were higher than(2.06±0.44)L and(81.70±12.82)L/min,(2.24±0.43)L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.808, 2.716, 3.760, P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing combined with body language communication program intervention for children with pneumonia can effectively improve the nursing cooperation of children, reduce their negative emotional state, and help improve the level of lung function in children.
