苍耳子散治疗急性鼻窦炎的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Cangerzi Powder in Treating Acute Sinusitis

目的 探究急性鼻窦炎患者应用苍耳子散治疗的效果。方法 随机选择2020年1—12月该院接收的急性鼻窦炎患者100例,以数表法分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用苍耳子散治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、用药不良反应发生率、治疗前后中医证候积分及炎症因子指标[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)]水平。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率98.00%,高于对照组82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率2.00%,低于对照组16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分及hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者治疗后中医证候积分(12.55±1.86)分、hs-CRP(7.21±2.12)mg/L、IL-6(5.24±1.82)pg/mL、IL-10(11.84±1.46)ng/mL均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=25.056、6.367、11.344、13.749,P<0.05)。结论 对急性鼻窦炎患者应用苍耳子散治疗效果显著,可有效改善其临床症状,降低机体炎症水平,促进康复,且用药不良反应少,治疗安全性更高,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Cangerzi powder in the treatment of patients with acute sinusitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute sinusitis were randomly selected in the hospital from January to December 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Cangerzi powder.The effective rate of treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions,TCM syndrome scores,and inflammatory factor indexes[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-10(IL-10)]level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of patients in the observation group was 98.00%,higher than 82.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).Compared with the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,lower than 16.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores and hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score of observation group(12.55±1.86)points,hs-CRP(7.21±2.12)mg/L,IL-6(5.24±1.82)pg/mL,IL-10(11.84±1.46)ng/mL were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.056,6.367,11.344,13.749,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Cangerzi powder to patients with acute sinusitis has significant therapeutic effect,can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammation in the body,and promote recovery.It has fewer adverse drug reactions and higher safety,which is worthy of promotion.
