中医手法复位治疗肱骨髁上骨折的应用与疗效评价

Application and Efficacy Evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Manual Reduction in the Treatment of Supracondylar Fractures of the Humerus

目的 评价肱骨髁上骨折实施中医手法复位治疗的效果。方法 随机选择2019年5月—2021年6月该院诊治的80例肱骨髁上骨折患者为研究对象,采用区组化随机数分组法将患者分为对比组和研究组,各40例。对比组予以常规手法复位,研究组予以中医手法复位治疗,比较两组患者肩关节功能评分、并发症发生率及治疗效果。结果 研究组并发症发生率(5.00%)较对比组(20.00%)明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.042);研究组治疗后肩关节Neer功能评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组总有效率为95.00%,高于对比组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023)。结论 肱骨髁上骨折患者实施中医手法复位治疗在改善患者肩关节功能、降低并发症、提高治疗效果等方面的应用优势明显大于常规手术治疗,有较高的应用推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of TCM manual reduction therapy for supracondylar fractures of the humerus.Methods A total of 80 patients with supracondylar fractures of the humerus diagnosed and treated in the hospital from May 2019 to June 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into a control group and a study group by the block random number grouping method,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given conventional manual reduction,while the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction.The shoulder joint function scores,complication rates and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.042).After treatment,the Neer function score of the shoulder joint in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group,which was 77.50%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.164,P=0.023).Conclusion The application advantages of TCM manual reduction therapy in patients with supracondylar humerus fractures in improving shoulder joint function,reducing complications,and improving treatment effect are significantly greater than those of conventional surgery,and have higher application and promotion value.
