中国互联网反垄断的产业竞争力逻辑 被引量:6

摘要 自2015年开始,中美双方互联网产业的差距历史上第一次被重新拉大;尤其是2020年反垄断浪潮之后,中国互联网企业估值普遍下滑。然而,反垄断并不是中国互联网产业危机的原因,相反,危机的深层次根源正在于过去多年垄断行为的泛滥导致对创新能力和全球化能力的忽视。认真审视中国互联网的历史与发展现状可以发现,决定中美互联网竞争力的核心因素是全球市场,而并不是两国本土市场。只有强化反垄断,重新激活产业创新和竞争,因势利导推动全球化,形成创新能力和全球竞争能力,中国互联网企业才能真正与美国互联网企业竞争,并缩短差距。 Since 2015,the gap between Chinese and American Internet industries has been widened for the first time in history;Especially after the anti-trust campaign in 2020,the valuation of Chinese Internet firms generally declined.However,the anti-trust regulation is not the cause of China’s Internet industry crisis.On the contrary,the deep-seated cause of the crisis lies in the neglect of the innovation ability and globalization ability due to the prevalent monopoly phenomena in recent years.A careful review of the history and development status of China’s Internet leads to a finding that the core factor determining the Internet competitiveness of China and the United States is the global market,not their domestic markets.Only by strengthening antitrust regulation,reactivating industrial innovation and competition,making the best use of the situation to promote globalization and fostering innovation abilities and global competitiveness,can Chinese Internet firms truly compete with the American counterparts and shorten the gap.
