摘要
在数字经济蓬勃发展的背景下,加快推动制造业企业转型升级成为关注重点。制造业企业数字化转型能够拓展新的发展空间,催生以需求为中心的商业理念、模式和业态,但同时需要更为高效的创新、研发流程和更多的复合型人才。从组织变革视角看,制造业企业数字化转型可以通过产业布局的战略性变革、研发部门的结构型变革、生产销售的流程主导变革和以人为中心的变革等路径来实现。为进一步推动我国制造业企业数字化转型,在战略端,应搭建以优势企业为核心的产业链生态协同平台;在结构端,要培育行业创新生态,强化对制造业企业创新的财税保障;在流程端,要大力推广以数字驱动的柔性生产新模式;在人才端,要一体推进研究导向型与应用实践型人才培养。
Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises has become the focus of attention in the context of the vigorous development of the digital economy.The digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises has expanded new development space and spawned demand-centered business concepts,models and formats.But at the same time,more efficient innovation,R&D processes and more compound talents are required.From the perspective of organizational change,the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises can be achieved through strategic changes in industrial layout,structural changes in R&D departments,process-led changes in production and sales,and people-centered changes.In order to further promote the digital transformation of China’s manufacturing enterprises,on the strategic side,an industrial chain ecological collaboration platform with advantageous enterprises as the core should be built;on the structural side,the industry innovation ecology should be cultivated,and fiscal and taxation guarantees for innovation of manufacturing enterprises should be strengthened;on the process side,we must vigorously promote the new digital-driven flexible production model;on the talent end,we must promote the cultivation of research-oriented and application-oriented talents.
