摘要
提出了一种直升机旋翼复材拉扭条结构设计方法。基于一定的接口条件,综合考虑强度、刚度、最小重量、工艺性等要求,设计了一个复材拉扭条。有限元分析和拉扭条静力试验结果表明,所设计的复材拉扭条满足刚度、强度等要求,进而验证了该旋翼复材拉扭条结构设计方法的可行性。
This paper introduced the design approach of the composite material stainless laminated strips.Designed the composite material stainless laminated strips based on the interface and the requirement of strength,stiffness,minimum weight and technology.Through the finite element analysis and the static strength test of the existing stainless laminated strips,the analysis result showed that the stainless laminated strips satisfied the demand of strength and stiffness,and verified the feasibility of the design approach about the composite material stainless laminated strips.
