新文科背景下理工类高校外语专业教师发展与人才培养模式探究

摘要 新文科背景下,理工类高校应综合新文科建设的需求和自身发展的特色和优势,完善和开辟教师专业发展途径,创新并实施复合型外语人才的培养模式。文章通过分析国内部分理工类高校外语专业学生培养方案,或能窥探出大多数理工类高校在培养适应新文科建设需求人才方面的不足,及目前教师专业发展所受到的限制。综合新文科建设的需求和理工类高校自身发展的特色和优势,从提升学术研究水平、教学能力、自我认同及强化教学反思方面,探讨教师专业发展途径;从完善课程设置、优化师资结构等方面,探讨新文科背景下复合型外语人才的培养模式。期望文章能给理工类高校外语专业教师发展及人才培养提供些许启示。 Under the background of the new liberal arts,polytechnic universities should improve and open up ways for teachers’professional development,and implement the training mode of compound foreign language talents,to meet the needs of the construction of the new liberal arts.By analyzing the training programs of foreign language majors in some domestic polytechnic universities,this paper may reveal the deficiencies of most polytechnic universities in cultivating talents suitable for the needs of the new liberal arts construction,and the limitations of teachers’professional development at present.Based on the needs of the construction of new liberal arts and the characteristics of the development of polytechnic universities,this paper discusses the ways of teachers’professional development from several aspects,such as improving academic research and teaching ability,self-identity and strengthening teaching reflection.Besides,it discusses the training mode of compound foreign language talents under the background of new liberal arts from perfecting the curriculum and optimizing the structure of teachers.This paper hopes to provide some inspiration for the development of foreign language teachers and personnel training in polytechnic universities.
