山西面食文化的外宣翻译策略研究

为进一步传播山西声音,讲述山西故事,弘扬山西精神,展示山西风貌,增强山西文化的国际影响力,文章通过对山西面食的翻译进行研究,以更好地挖掘山西面食文化内涵,让山西面食文化“走出去”,迈向全世界,让世界人民领会山西面食文化的美。文章以交际翻译为理论基础,研究山西面食文化的翻译策略,根据原语的不同类型,采用不同的翻译策略,进行归纳,形成规律。根据外宣翻译的指导原则,探究山西面食文化的翻译策略和翻译技巧。

In order to further spread the voice of Shanxi,Shanxi story,promote the Shanxi spirit,Shanxi style,enhance the international influence of Shanxi culture,this paper does research on the translation of Shanxi pasta,to better explore Shanxi pasta culture connotation,let Shanxi pasta culture“go out”towards the world,and make people in the world understand the beauty of Shanxi pasta culture.Based on communicative translation,this paper studies the translation strategy of Shanxi pasta culture,and adopts different translation strategies to summarize and form the rules.According to the guiding principles of overseas-targeted publicity translation,it explores the translation strategy and skills of Shanxi pasta culture.
