摘要
对比分析了2024和7150铝合金阳极氧化返修次数对膜层结构、耐蚀性及基体疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,返修2次对两种铝合金阳极氧化膜耐蚀性的影响不大,但7150铝合金的疲劳性能有所降低。
The effects of re-anodization times on microstructure and corrosion resistance of the oxide film formed on 2024 and 7150 aluminum alloys as well as their fatigue properties were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of oxide films formed on the both aluminum alloys after re-anodization within two times remained the same,while the fatigue property of 7150 aluminum alloy got worse significantly.
