摘要
分析了在密闭环境下环氧硝基磁漆涂层的挥发气氛组成以及锌镀层在其中的腐蚀行为。通过能谱、激光拉曼光谱及傅里叶变换红外光谱分析得知锌镀层的主要腐蚀产物为乙酸锌。
The compounds in the atmosphere volatilized from an epoxy nitro enamel coating in closed environment,as well as the corrosion behavior of electroplated zinc coating therein were analyzed.The results of energy-dispersive spectroscopy,laser Raman spectroscopy,and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy showed that the main corrosion product of the electroplated zinc coating was zinc acetate.
