摘要
为提高汽车涂装过程的洁净度,对涂装车间设备布局、工件设计和工装设计方面提出改进建议,以降低颗粒和纤维的影响。分析了涂装生产过程中人、机、料、法、环、测等方面影响涂装洁净度的因素,并给出改进措施。
In order to improve the cleanliness during the automotive painting process,some suggestions for innovation of painting workshop such as equipment layout,structures of workpieces,and design of toolings were given to reduce the reverse effects of particles and fibers.The factors affecting the cleanliness of painting workshop were analyzed in terms of human,machine,material,method,environment,and measurement.Some modification measures were given.
