考虑班期限制的中欧陆海快线路线优化

The Optimization of China-Europe-Europe-Sea Express Line Considering Schedule Limits

摘要 中欧陆海快线是作为中欧贸易运输的大通道,逐渐成为我国与欧洲间重要的连接纽带。本文针对Z公司为客户提供最佳联运服务方案的需求,将海铁联运运输情况分为国内运输段、海上运输段和欧洲运输段,考虑运输成本、中转操作成本、随机运输时间、随机中转时间等,建立了时间-成本双目标的中欧陆海快线海铁联运路线优化模型,并采用遗传算法进行求解,最后根据现有的海运航线时刻表、欧洲班列时刻表等进行实例验证,对不同时间成本比例情况下所得到的运输方案进行比较分析,最终得到优质海铁联运运输方案,提高中欧陆海快线海铁联运运输效率。 The China-Europe-Sea Express Line is a major channel for trade and transportation between China and Europe,and has gradually become an important link between China and Europe.In response to the needs of Company Z to provide customers with the best intermodal service plan,divided into domestic transportation section,sea transportation section and European transportation section,considering transportation costs,transit operation costs,and random transportation.Time,random transit time,etc.,established a time-cost dualobjective optimization model of the China-Europe-Europe-Sea Express line sea-rail combined transport route,and used genetic algorithm to solve it.Finally,according to the existing shipping route timetable,European train timetable,etc.,we compare and analyze the transportation schemes obtained under different timecost ratios,and obtain high-quality sea-rail combined transportation.The transportation plan improves the transportation efficiency of the China-Europe Sea-Europe Sea Express Line sea-rail combined transport.
