春吃开冰梭

To Eat Kaibingling in Spring

胶东的许多海鲜,是与时令密切相关的,比较典型的如开冰梭。开冰梭是梭鱼的一种,因为是在冬去春来、坚冰开裂之时捕获,所以得名开冰梭。笔者30岁之前生活在内陆县城,对海鲜知之甚少,第一次知道开冰梭这个名字,与30多年前给我们看孩子的一个小保姆有关。

Many seafoods in Jiaodong are closely related to seasons,among which Kaibingling is the most typical.Kaibingling,a kind of pikes,derived its name from the harvest of it at the turn of winter and spring when the solid ice crackles.I lived in an inland county before the age of 30 and knew little of seafood.I came to know of the name of Kaibingling from a nanny who cared for our baby over thirty years ago.
