藏药镰荚棘豆黄酮类成分抗炎作用的网络药理学研究

Anti-inflammatory Mechanism of Constituents in Flavonoids from Oxytropis falcate Bunge Based on Network Pharmacology

摘要 本文基于网络药理学和分子对接的方法研究镰荚棘豆黄酮类成分抗炎的作用机制,研究结果显示7,4′-二羟基二氢黄酮、鼠李柠檬素和7-甲氧基二氢黄酮这三个化合物可能是镰荚棘豆抗炎的主要成分;PTGS1、PTGS2、ALOX5、TNF、VEGFA、MAPK3、ESR1、ESR2、CYP19A1和ABCB1可能是抗炎的主要靶点。分子对接结果表明抗炎的主要成分与核心靶点均有较好的结合活性。说明藏药镰荚棘豆黄酮类成分可能通过PTGS、TNF、MAPK、ESR等靶点,作用于与免疫炎症、癌症、内分泌和代谢以及病毒和寄生虫相关的18条通路起到抗炎作用。 Oxytropis falcate is the“king of herbs”in hiding medicine,and flavonoids are the main components of its anti-inflammatory effect.This study investigates the anti-inflammatory mechanism of constituents in flavonoids from Oxytropis falcate(FOF)based on a network pharmacology and molecular docking method.Results showed that 7,4′-Dihydroxyflavanone,Rhamnocitrin and 7-Methoxyflavanone were the main anti-inflammatory components of FOF.PTGS1,PTGS2,ALOX5,TNF,VEGFA,MAPK3,ESR1,ESR2,CYP19 A1 and ABCB1 were the main targets of anti-inflammatory.Molecule docking results showed that the main components had good binding activity with the hub targets.It was revealed that FOF may have anti-inflammatory effects on PTGS,TNF,MAPK,ESR and other targets through 18 signal pathways related to immune inflammatory,cancer,endocrine and metabolism,virus and parasites.
