泰国恶性疟原虫对常见抗疟药物疗效研究进展

Progress of anti-malarial drug therapy efficacy of Plasmodium falciparum in Thailand

疟疾广泛流行于热带和亚热带地区,是澜沧江-湄公河流域国家重要的公共卫生问题之一,其中尤以恶性疟对人类身体健康危害最为严重。泰国属恶性疟流行高发地区,随着该国抗疟药长期使用,恶性疟原虫耐药率逐年增加。本文对近年来泰国恶性疟治疗药疗效研究进展进行综述,为该国制定消除疟疾有效对策及措施提供参考。

Objective Malaria is widespread in tropical and subtropical regions,as well as one of the important public health problems in the countries of the Lancan-Mekong River,of 4 plasmodium species P falciparum is the most serious to harm human healthy.Thailand is a high prevalence area of P falciparum,and it is easy to be developed the resistance of anti-malarial drugs due to a long time using them to control P falciparum.This paper reviewed the therapy efficacy of antimalarial drugs in Thailand in recent years,providing the reference for the formulation of effective strategies and measures to eliminate malaria in Thailand.
