高收入群体与共同富裕的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship Between High-income Groups and Common Prosperity

改革开放以来,我国经济社会快速发展,“一部分人和一部分地区先富起来”成效明显,但是在做大蛋糕的同时也面临分好蛋糕的问题。高收入群体,作为已经摆脱物质匮乏的“先富”人群,不能持旁观心态,能力越大责任越大,要积极投身到共同富裕的伟大事业中来。我们要重视发挥第三次分配作用,高收入群体是第三次分配的中坚力量。在发挥自身优势促进共同富裕的过程中,也成就了高收入群体的更高价值和至善追求。在社会主义条件下,我们要实现人的全面发展、全体人民共同富裕,高收入群体更有条件率先体现这一根本特征,更应该也更能反映社会主义的本质要求和优越性。

Since the reform and opening up,the economy and society of China have developed rapidly,and the goal of “some people and some regions become rich first”has achieved remarkable results. While making the cake bigger,we are also facing the problem of sharing it in an equitable way. The greater the ability,the heavier the responsibility. Therefore,as the “earlier rich” who have got rid of material scarcity,high-income groups should not hold a spectator mentality,but actively devote themselves to the great enterprise of promoting common prosperity. We should attach importance to making the best use of the third distribution,and high-income groups are the mainstay of the third distribution. In the process of promoting common prosperity by one’s own advantages,high-income groups have also achieved their higher value and supreme good. Under the conditions of socialism,we need to realize people’s entire development and common prosperity for all the people. High income groups are better equipped to take the lead according to this fundamental feature. They should and can better demonstrate the essential requirements and the excellence of socialism.
