WPBL结合LBL教学模式在眼科临床教学中的应用研究

Applied research of WPBL combined with LBL modes during the teaching of clinical ophthalmology

目的评估WPBL结合LBL教学模式在眼科临床教学中的应用研究效果。方法选择中国科学技术大学附属第一医院规培生36人,遵照数字表法随机分为两组各18名,A组采取WPBL+LBL教学法,B组采取LBL教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果A组理论考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论WPBL结合LBL教学模式运用于眼科临床教学中效果显著,明显提升规培生的理论考试成绩,同时改善自我学习能力,对教学效果满意度高。

Objetive To evaluate the effect of WPBL combined with LBL teaching mode in ophthalmology clinical teaching.Methods 36 students from the First Affiliated Hospital of University of science and technology of China were randomly divided into two groups with 18 students in each group.Group A adopted WPBL+LBL teaching method,and group B adopted LBL teaching method.Results The theoretical test scores of group A were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of WPBL combined with LBL teaching mode in ophthalmology clinical teaching has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the theoretical examination scores of the students,improve their self-learning ability,and have high satisfaction with the teaching effect.
