冷战遗留视角下的“颜色革命”研究

Research on“Color Revolutions”from the Perspective of Cold War Legacy

冷战结束后“颜色革命”此起彼伏,严重威胁国际安全,对其进行研究需要一种兼具历史演变、地缘政治要素和意识形态斗争分析的理论框架。以冷战遗留视角对“颜色革命”进行学理重构,可以揭示其中的冷战逻辑:冷战后依旧存续的资本主义阵营受冷战思维的霸权护持驱动,为增强单极化力量的相对优势实施拉拢中间游移力量、削弱和分化多极化力量的扩张战略,支持特定国家的“颜色革命”。资本主义阵营在实践中运用意识形态斗争工具契合语境建构和势力渗透的双层逻辑,以“自由民主”的虚假外衣合理化其对“颜色革命”的支持行径。资本主义阵营没有完全摒弃冷战时期的幕后交易和对外宣传手段,并应用新内容和营造新的沟通渠道,贯穿“颜色革命”从酝酿到结束的全过程。对中国而言,为应对“颜色革命”的挑战,必须筑牢意识形态安全防线,认清资本主义阵营冷战思维外交实践的本质,深化自身改革,完善话语体系,建立国际统一战线共同拒止资本主义阵营肆意干涉他国内政。

Since the end of the Cold War,“Color Revolutions”have emerged one after another,seriously threatening international security.A research on them requires a theoretical framework that synthesizes historical evolution,geopolitical elements and ideological struggle.This paper reconstructs the“Color Revolution”from the perspective of Cold War legacy,and reveals the Cold War logic behind them.Driven by the hegemonic support of the Cold War thinking,the capitalist camp that survived the Cold War implements an expansionist strategy by drawing in swinging middle forces,and weakening and dividing the multipolar forces in order to enhance the comparative advantage of the unipolar power.Thus,the“Color Revolutions”in specific countries were supported.In practice,the camp uses the tools of ideological struggle,conforms to the double-layer logic of context construction and force penetration,rationalizes its support for the“Color Revolution”under the false cloak of freedom and democracy,applies new contents and builds new communication channels,does not abandon backroom deals and external publicity means,and runs through the whole process of the“Color Revolution”from brewing to ending.In this regard,we must strengthen the bottom line of ideological security,recognize the essence of the Cold War thinking of the capitalist camp’s diplomatic practice,deepen our own reform,improve the discourse system,and focus on the international united front work of jointly rejecting interference in internal affairs.
