妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑缘炎的疗效

Effect of tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment combined with meibomian gland massage on blepharitis

目的:分析妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑缘炎的疗效。方法:选取我院2020年5月至2021年8月收治的睑缘炎患者80例,随机分为研究组和常规组,每组各40例80眼。其中常规组采用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏治疗,研究组在常规组的基础上加用睑板腺按摩治疗,治疗3 w比较疗效,并观察记录患者治疗前后泪液分泌长度、泪膜破裂时间、睑板腺分泌物性状、睑板腺脂质排出难易度以及生活质量,并于治疗后随访3 w统计对比两组复发率。结果:研究组总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组泪液分泌长度、泪膜破裂时间均大于常规组(P<0.05),分泌物性状评分值、分泌物排出难易度评分值低于常规组(P<0.05),生活质量优于常规组,复发率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:睑缘炎患者采用妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏、睑板腺按摩联合治疗效果显著,能有效降低症状复发率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment combined with meibomian gland massage on blepharitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with blepharitis in our hospital from May 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into study group and routine group,with 40 cases and 80 eyes in each group.The patients in routine group were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment,and the patients in study group were treated with meibomian gland massage on the basis of obramycin dexamethasone eye ointment.The curative effect was compared after 3 weeks of treatment,and the length of tear secretion,tear film break-up time,characteristics of meibomian gland secretion,difficulty of lipid excretion from meibomian glands,and quality of life were observed and recorded before and after treatment.All patients were followed up for 3 weeks after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the length of tear secretion and tear film rupture time in the study group were greater than those in the routine group(P<0.05);the score of secretion character and the difficulty of secretion excretion in the routine group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05);the quality of life was better than that of the routine group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment combined with meibomian gland massage is benefit of treating blepharitis and reducing the recurrence rate of symptoms.
