自拟补肾填精活血方在排卵障碍性不孕患者辅助治疗中的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of self-made Bushen Tianjing Huoxue Recipe in the adjuvant treatment of ovulatory infertility patients

目的:评价自拟补肾填精活血方辅助治疗排卵障碍性不孕的效果。方法:选取2019年4月~2020年4月我院收治的86例排卵障碍性不孕患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。其中对照组口服克罗米芬,观察组在对照组的基础上增加口服自拟补肾填精活血方,治疗2个疗程后对比两组疗效、卵泡内径、子宫内膜厚度、血清性激素水平、排卵率及妊娠率。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2个疗程后,观察组血清促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)、垂体泌乳素(Prolanctin,PRL)、睾酮(Testosterone,T)、胰岛素水平均明显低于对照组,血清促卵泡激素(Follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组卵泡内径、子宫内膜厚度明显大于对照组(P<0.05),观察组排卵率和妊娠率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟补肾填精活血方辅助治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者疗效显著,可有效改善血清性激素水平,改善子宫内膜厚度及卵泡内径,促进排卵、妊娠率提高。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of self-made Bushen Tianjing Huoxue prescription in adjuvant treatment of ovulatory infertility.Methods:A total of 86 patients with ovulatory infertility who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each.The control group was given oral clomiphene,and the observation group was given self-made Bushen Bujing Huoxue Prescription on the basis of the control group.After 2 courses of treatment,the efficacy,follicular diameter,endometrial thickness,serum sex hormone level,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the serum luteinizing hormone(LH),pituitary prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T)and insulin levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Endometrial thickness was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Bushen Bujing Huoxue Recipe has a significant effect on adjuvant treatment of ovulatory infertility patients.It can effectively improve serum sex hormone levels,improve endometrial thickness and follicle diameter,and promote ovulation and pregnancy rate.
