米非司酮联合VitB1、依沙吖啶在孕中期引产中的应用效果

Effects of mifepristone and VitB1 oral administration combined with acridine in midpregnancy induced labor

目的:研究米非司酮联合VitB1、依沙吖啶对孕中期产妇引产成功率、术后并发症等的影响。方法:选取2020年10月至2021年8月我院68例孕中期要求终止妊娠产妇,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组(n=34)。对照组口服VitB1(20 mg Tid)+腹壁注射依沙吖啶100 mg,观察组在此基础上口服米非司酮(50 mg·(12 h·次)-1)。观察记录产妇的引产成功率、引产相关指标、引产前后宫颈成熟度评分(Bishop评分)、血压水平(收缩压、舒张压)以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组引产成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);阴道失血量低于对照组,产程时间、宫缩启动时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);引产后,观察组Bishop评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮辅助VitB1口服、依沙吖啶使用可加速孕中期引产孕产妇产程进展,提升引产成功率,稳定产妇血流动力学水平,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To study the effects of mifepristone,VitB1 oral administration and acridine combined administration on the success rate of induced labor and postoperative complications in midpregnancy women.Methods:A total of 68 cases of pregnant women in our hospital who were required to terminate pregnancy during the second trimester(from October 2020 to August 2021)were selected and divided into control group and observation group(n=34)according to different treatment regimens.The patients in control group were treated with oral VitB120 mg Tid and ethacridine 100 mg,and the patients in observation group were treated with mifepristone 50 mg q^(12 h) combined with oral VitB1 and ethacridine.The success rate of labor induction,related indicators of labor induction,cervical maturity score(Bishop score)before and after labor induction,blood pressure level(systolic and diastolic blood pressure)and incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of induced labor in the observation group was notably higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of labor and the start time of contractions were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After induced labor,Bishop score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of mifepristone,VitB1 and ethacridine can accelerate the progress of labor,improve the success rate of labor induction,stabilize the level of maternal hemodynamics,and reduce the incidence of complications.
