摘要
基于时变结构可靠度理论,对希尼尔水库放水涵洞平面钢闸门维修方案进行探讨分析。结果表明,如果不采取维修,防水涵洞平面钢闸门的可靠度在运行23年将低于目标可靠度3.2;在闸门运行7、10、19、28、37和46a后进行小修,在闸门运行12、21、30、39和48a后进行一次大修为最佳的维修方案。此次除险加固应对放水涵洞平面钢闸门进行一次小修处理。
Based on the time-varying structural reliability theory,the maintenance scheme of plane steel gate of discharge culvert of Xinier reservoir is discussed and analyzed.The results show that if maintenance is not taken,the reliability of plane steel gate of waterproof culvert will be lower than the target reliability of 3.2 in 23 years.The best maintenance scheme is to carry out minor repair after 7,10,19,28,37 and 46 years of gate operation,and overhaul after 12,21,30,39 and 48 years of gate operation.A minor repair shall be carried out for the plane steel gate of the discharge culvert in this danger removal and reinforcement.
