The paper introduces the necessity and construction process of the intelligent building management system(IBMS).By integrating and analyzing subsystem information,the integration of intelligent building management system is realized,management procedures are simplified,and the problems existing in construction of IBMS in China are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.IBMS can improve management efficiency,reduce waste of personnel,realize resource saving,optimize investment,and provide support for management decision-making.
