新时代背景下,国土综合整治与生态修复是推动生态文明落地的重要抓手、乡村振兴的重要的手段和国土空间规划的重要支撑。文章以利辛县为例,从生态安全、资源保护利用的角度出发,坚持目标导向和问题导向,全面分析利辛县国土整治修复成效及问题,并提出相关对策建议,为利辛县“四化同步”发展提供参考。

In the context of the new era,comprehensive land remediation and ecological restoration is an important starting point for promoting the implementation of ecological civilization,an important means for rural revitalization,and an important support for land and space planning.The article takes Lixin County as an example,from the perspectives of ecological security and resource protection and utilization,adheres to the goal-oriented and problemoriented approach,comprehensively analyzes the effectiveness and problems of land remediation and restoration in Lixin County,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for Lixin County,to provide a reference for the development of ’synchronization of the four modernizations’ in Lixin County.
