摘要
微生物降解羽毛废弃物是利用微生物产生的羽毛降解酶降解羽毛角蛋白,使其变为畜禽可吸收的蛋白。畜禽饲粮中添加微生物发酵羽毛废弃物能够显著降低肠道蛋白酶活力,对动物生产性能没有明显影响,能够降低饲养成本。文章综述羽毛废弃物的营养价值、微生物降解机制及其在畜禽养殖生产中的应用效果,为羽毛废弃物在畜禽生产实践中的应用提供参考。
Microbial degradable feather meal is using the feather degrading enzymes produced by microorganisms to degrade feather keratin and turn it into a protein,which can be absorbed by livestock and poultry.Microbial fermented feather meal can significantly reduce the intestinal protease activity in livestock and poultry diets,but has no significant effect on animal performance,and can reduce the feeding cost.The paper reviews the nutritional value and microbial degradation mechanism of feather waste and its application effect in livestock and poultry production,to provide a reference for the application of feather waste in livestock and poultry production practice.
