摘要
蔬菜尾菜的资源化利用,不但能够缓解尾菜导致的环境污染,还可以减轻国内粗饲料供应不足的压力。文章从尾菜的产生、营养价值、饲料化及其在动物生产中的应用等角度出发,综述当前尾菜饲料化研究进展,以期为尾菜加工处理及推广应用提供参考。
The resource utilization of vegetable waste can solve the problem of environmental pollution,alleviate the pressure of insufficient feed supply.The paper reviews the current research progress of vegetable waste feed from the perspective of its production,nutritional value,feed processing technology and its application in animal production,to provide reference for the treatment,popularization and application of vegetable waste.
