制丝线分段启停节能模式的设计与实现

摘要 为解决卷烟制丝线生产过程的待料、预热和换牌等阶段的设备空转造成企业能源浪费,本文运用串行生产线建模和“精准控制”等工具研究和设计制丝线分段启停节能控制模式,减少能源浪费和资源消耗,满足精益生产的同时,达到降本增效的目的。烟草制丝在设备预热过程中,普遍存在预热时间长、能源消耗高等问题。 In order to solve the enterprise energy waste caused by equipment idling in the stages of material waiting,preheating and brand change in the production process of cigarette silk production line,this paper uses tools such as serial production line modeling and“accurate control”to study and design the segmented start and stop energy-saving control mode of silk production line,so as to reduce energy waste and resource consumption,meet lean production and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.In the preheating process of tobacco spinning equipment,there are many problems,such as long preheating time and high energy consumption.
