摘要
根据UIC615-4、EN13749等国际标准,利用有限元仿真方法分析了一种快速轨道交通转向架构架在超常工况和模拟运营工况下的静强度和疲劳强度,并且使用相应材料的力学性能参数和Haigh曲线分别评估了构架的静强度和疲劳强度。结果表明,这种快速轨道交通转向架构架的强度满足相关标准要求。
According to UIC615-4,en13749 and other international standards,the static strength and fatigue strength of a fast rail transit bogie frame under abnormal working conditions and simulated operating conditions are analyzed by using the finite element simulation method,and the static strength and fatigue strength of the frame are evaluated by using the mechanical property parameters of corresponding materials and Haigh curve.The results show that the strength of the bogie frame of fast rail transit meets the requirements of relevant standards.
