摘要
永久沥青路面结构层的材料使用以基质沥青为70号的A级道路石油沥青,高废旧轮胎橡胶粉掺量(30%-50%)以及SBS双重改性沥青材料。针对上述材料的常规混合料、高温、低温、疲劳等各项性能进行实验,结果显示随着胶粉含量的增加,其高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗浸水性均有明显的提高,其耐老化性也有明显程度的上升,结果证明这样既可以路面质量,又可以将使用寿命延长。随着废旧轮胎橡胶粉掺量逐步增加橡胶改性沥青的温度敏感性、储存稳定性、碾压弹性等问题对现场施工工艺产生了诸多难题。本文以河北省荣乌高速公路新线京港澳至京台段项目,着重以ARHM-25橡胶改性沥青混凝土现场施工工艺进行阐述,从而为胶粉改性沥青在施工应用中提供参考。
The materials of the permanent asphalt pavement structure layer are grade A road petroleum asphalt with base asphalt as No.70,high content of waste tire rubber powder(30%-50%)and SBS double modified asphalt material.Experiments were carried out on the conventional mixture,high temperature,low temperature,fatigue and other properties of the above materials.The results showed that with the increase of rubber powder content,its high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,and water immersion resistance were significantly improved.The aging resistance has also increased significantly,and it has been proved that this can not only improve the quality of the road surface,but also prolong the service life.With the gradual increase in the content of waste tire rubber powder,the temperature sensitivity,storage stability,and rolling elasticity of rubber-modified asphalt have caused many problems to the on-site construction process.This paper takes the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao-Jingtai section of the new line of Rongwu Expressway in Hebei Province,and focuses on the construction technology of ARHM-25 rubber-modified asphalt concrete,so as to provide a reference for the construction and application of rubber powder-modified asphalt.
