浅谈大跨径移动模架在矮墩区的运用 被引量:2

摘要 移动模架(MSS)系统在50m左右的大跨径等截面PC连续梁的现浇施工中是目前较为常见的一种施工工艺,其工序简单、施工周期短、工序重复机械化程度高,且其施工占地少、不影响交通及防护设施完善,非常有利于安全文明施工,因此在大跨径现浇箱梁施工中使用较多,但由于受大跨径的施工技术要求,移动模架相对整体较大,对梁下净空及墩高有一定的要求,因此在大跨径矮墩区的现浇施工中较少应用MSS系统,多采用少支点支架现浇施工。本文以塞尔维亚E763高速公路苏尔钦-奥布雷诺瓦茨段中的萨瓦河大桥为例,论述MSS系统在大跨径矮墩区等截面PC连续梁现浇施工中的应用。 The Movable scaffolding system(MSS)is a relatively common construction process in the cast-inplace construction of the large-span and constant-section PC continuous beams of about 50m.And its construction occupies less land,does not affect traffic and complete protection facilities,which is very conducive to safe and civilized construction.Therefore,it is used more in the construction of large-span cast-in-place box girder.However,due to the technical requirements of large-span construction,the MSS is relatively large as a whole,and has certain requirements for the clearance under the beam and the height of the pier.Therefore,the MSS is less used in the cast-in-place construction of the large-span short pier area,and the cast-in-situ construction of the support with fewer fulcrums is used more.Taking the Sava Bridge in the Surcin-Obrenovac section of the E763highway in Serbia as an example,this paper discusses the application of the MSS in the cast-in-situ construction of the PC continuous beams of equal section in the area of large-span short piers.
