摘要
为改善土壤的微生态平衡情况,提升农作物的产量,研究基于复合生物优化剂的土壤改良技术。获取某食盐生产工厂附近土壤中的复合生物菌种,通过微生物菌株分离、培养等步骤,制备复合生物优化剂,并用于某盐碱化土壤区域,分析其对土壤改良的效果。结果显示:复合生物优化剂,可降低土壤中的pH值和含盐量,最低值可分别达到7.26和4.33g/kg;有机质含量明显增加,最高达到22.11g/kg;碱化程度最大下降结果为62.5%;并且改良后土壤的出苗率达到88.6%,产量增加1.5倍,具备良好的土壤改良效果,降低环境污染、提升农作物的存活率和产量、平衡土壤微生态。
In order to improve soil microecological balance and increase crop yield,soil improvement technology based on compound biological optimization agent was studied.The compound biological strains in the soil near a salt production plant were obtained,and the compound biological optimization agent was prepared through the steps of microbial strain separation and culture,and applied to a saline-alkali soil area to analyze its effect on soil improvement.The results showed that the pH value and salt content of soil could be reduced with the lowest value of 7.26 and 4.33g/kg,respectively.The organic matter content increased significantly,reaching 22.11g/kg.The maximum reduction of alkalization was 62.5%.And improved soil emergence rate reached 88.6%,yield increased1.5 times,with good soil improvement effect,reduce environmental pollution,improve the survival rate and yield of crops,balance soil microecology.
