摘要
本文根据磁致伸缩效应,讨论了磁致伸缩位移传感器的测量原理,提出了高可靠性的高精度时间测量方案,设计了脉冲激发电路、弱信号检测电路等。传感器的所有参数全数字调校,没有不可靠的机械式调节,可靠性大幅提高;电路的低功耗设计有效减小了系统温漂,提高了测量精度。
According to the magnetostrictive effect,this paper discusses the measurement principle of magnetostrictive displacement sensor,puts forward a highly reliable and high-precision time measurement scheme,and designs pulse excitation circuit,weak signal detection circuit and so on.All parameters of the sensor are adjusted digitally,without unreliable mechanical adjustment,and the reliability is greatly improved;The low-power design of the circuit effectively reduces the temperature drift of the system and improves the measurement accuracy.
