不同种类木本粗饲料育肥绒肉兼用辽宁绒山羊效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究不同种类木本粗饲料育肥绒肉兼用辽宁绒山羊的效果。选择24只年龄2.5岁左右、体重(43.41±1.76) kg的绒肉兼用辽宁绒山羊母羊为试验对象,随机分为4组,每组6只。1组为对照组;2~4组为试验组,分别在日粮中添加10%的荆条、小叶锦鸡儿、柞树叶。试验期75 d。结果显示,荆条粗蛋白含量显著低于小叶锦鸡和柞树叶(P<0.05),荆条粗脂肪含量极显著低于小叶锦鸡和柞树叶(P<0.01),荆条粗纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量显著高于柞树叶(P<0.05),柞树叶钙含量极显著高于荆条和小叶锦鸡(P<0.01),柞树叶磷含量显著高于荆条(P<0.05)。2~4组绒山羊的日增重均极显著高于1组(P<0.01),4组绒山羊料重比显著低于1组(P<0.05)。4组绒山羊粗蛋白的表观消化率显著高于1组(P<0.05),粗脂肪表观消化率显著高于2组(P<0.05)。4组粗纤维表观消化率显著高于第1组(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于第2组(P<0.05)。日粮中添加10%的荆条、小叶锦鸡儿和柞树叶可降低养殖成本,每只羊每天增加盈利0.37~0.66元。研究表明,木本粗饲料可作为育肥用粗饲料,能替代部分优质牧草,其中柞树叶效果最好。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of different types of woody forages for fattening Liaoning cashmere goats. 24 both cashmere and meat strain of Liaoning cashmere female goats [2.5 years old and average body weight(43.41±1.76 kg)] were randomly divided into four groups, with six goats in each group. Group 1 was the control, and the others were feeding with 10% Vitex, Caragana microphylla and oak leaves. The experimental period was75 d. The results showed that the crude protein content of Vitex was significantly lower than that of Caragana microphylla and oak leaves(P<0.05), the crude fat content of Vitex was extremely lower than that of Caragana microphylla and oak leaves(P<0.01), the crude fiber and acid detergent fiber content of Vitex was significantly higher than that of oak leaves(P<0.05), the calcium content in the oak leaves was extremely higher than that of Vitex and Caragana microphylla(P<0.01), and the content of phosphorus in the oak leaves was significantly higher than that of Vitex(P<0.05). The daily weight gain in group 2~4 was extremely higher than that of group 1(P<0.01), the feed to gain ratio in group 4 was significantly lower than that of group 1(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude protein in group 4 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05), and the apparent digestibility of crude fat was significantly higher than that in group 2(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of crude fiber in group 4 was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber was significantly higher than that in group 2(P<0.05). Using 10% Vitex,Caragana microphylla and oak leaves could decrease the cost of ration and increase profiting of ¥0.37~0.66 each goat in one day. The study indicates that Vitex, Caragana microphylla and oak leaves could be used substituting other herbage to get better growth performance, digestibility and economic benefit, and in which oak leave was the best.
