不同组方中草药添加剂对滩羊脂肪沉积与血清酶的影响

Effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on fat deposition and serum enzyme of Tan sheep

试验研究日粮中添加不同组方中草药添加剂对滩羊增重、脂肪沉积、血清酶的影响。选取同期断奶羔羊80只,随机分为4组,每组20只,分别饲喂添加不同组方中草药添加剂的混合日粮。预试期10 d,正式试验期57 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组滩羊的料重比极显著降低(P<0.01);试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组滩羊的肝脏重极显著升高(P<0.01);试验Ⅲ组滩羊血清胃蛋白酶活性极显著降低(P<0.01);试验Ⅲ组滩羊血清胰蛋白酶、乳糖酶活性均显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组滩羊血清溶菌酶含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,滩羊育肥期日粮中添加1%中草药添加剂的组方可降低滩羊料重比,提升胴体重,降低内脏脂重和背膘厚沉积,改善胴体品质,降低血清胃蛋白酶、溶菌酶、胰蛋白酶、乳糖酶活性。

The experiment was to study the effect of different Chinese herbal medicine additives on weight gain, fat deposition and serum enzyme of Tan sheep. Eighty lambs weaned at the same time were randomly divided into four groups, with 20 lambs in each group. The lambs were fed with mixed diets supplemented with Chinese herbal medicine additives in different groups, respectively. The pre-trial period lasted for 10 d, and the formal trial period lasted for 57 d.The results showed that compared with control group, the ratio of feed to gain of Tan sheep in test group Ⅰ was significantly decreased(P<0.01). The liver weight of Tan sheep in test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ was extremely increased(P<0.01). Serum pepsin activity in test group Ⅲ was extremely decreased(P<0.01). The serum trypsin activity and serum lactase content in test group Ⅲ was significantly decreased(P<0.05). Serum lysozyme content in test group Ⅲ was extremely decreased(P<0.01). The experiment indicates that adding 1% Chinese herbal medicine in Tan sheep diet can decrease the ratio of feed to weight, increase carcass weight, decrease visceral fat weight and backfat thickness deposition,improve carcass quality, and decrease the activity of pepsin, lysozyme, trypsin and lactase in serum.
