摘要
试验旨在研究饲粮不同蛋白质、赖氨酸水平对伊拉配套系商品肉兔育肥期生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质的影响,探讨伊拉配套系商品肉兔肥育期的最佳蛋白质、赖氨酸添加量。选择体重(1.843±0.173) kg、健康状况良好的伊拉肉兔216只,随机分为9组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只。试验采用3×3正交试验设计,设计3组蛋白质(CP)(14.0%、16.0%、18.0%)、3组赖氨酸(Lys)(0.65%、0.85%、1.05%)。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示:以养分表观消化率、料重比作为衡量指标,伊拉配套系商品肉兔育肥期饲粮中以14%粗蛋白、1.05%赖氨酸为最佳;以活体重、半净膛重、全净膛重作为衡量指标,14%粗蛋白、1.05%赖氨酸为最佳;以系水力作为衡量指标,16%粗蛋白、1.05%赖氨酸为最佳。研究表明,伊拉配套系商品肉兔育肥期饲粮中粗蛋白、赖氨酸添加量分别确定为14%、1.05%较适宜。
The experiment was to study the effect of dietary of protein and lysine levels of different content on growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of Ilar matching commercial meat rabbits during fattening period.Discuss the optimal protein and lysine additions during the fattening period of Ilar matching commercial meat rabbits. 216healthy Ilar rabbits with the weight of(1.843±0.173) kg were selected and randomly divided into nine groups, with six replicates in each group and four rabbits in each replicate. Three groups of protein(CP)(14.0%, 16.0%, 18.0%) and three groups of lysine(Lys)(0.65%, 0.85%, 1.05%) were designed by 3×3 orthogonal design. The pre-test period was 7 d, and the trial period was 28 d. The results showed that the crude protein and lysine content in diets of Ilar matching commercial meat rabbits during the fattening period were measured by feed to gain ratio and apparent digestibility of nutrients, 14%crude protein and 1.05% lysine were the best. Living weight, half clean weight and total clean weight were used as the measurement indexes, 14% crude protein and 1.05% lysine were the best ones. With the hydraulic as the measurement index, 16% crude protein and 1.05% lysine was the best. The experiment indicates that it is more suitable to add 14%crude protein and 1.05% lysine to diet of commercial meat rabbits in fattening period.
