摘要 试验旨在评定南疆20余种常用马属动物饲料的营养成分和碳水化合物组成。结果显示,比较15种粗饲料常规成分,粗蛋白(CP)含量为3.31%~19.43%,粗脂肪(EE)含量为1.23%~2.94%,中性洗涤不溶蛋白质(NDIP)含量为2.21%~12.96%;比较5种能量饲料常规成分,CP含量为5.66%~15.63%,EE含量为1.60%~4.08%,NDIP含量为2.51%~8.33%;比较4种蛋白质饲料常规成分,CP含量为23.75%~46.32%,EE含量为1.26%~15.99%,NDIP含量为7.95%~14.14%。比较24种饲料碳水化合物组分,能量饲料的可水解碳水化合物(CHO-H)含量高于蛋白质饲料和大部分粗饲料;能量饲料的快速发酵碳水化合物(CHO-FR)含量高于粗饲料和蛋白质饲料;粗饲料的慢速发酵碳水化合物(CHO-FS)含量高于能量饲料且高于部分蛋白质饲料。依据马属动物的消化特点分析,CHO-H和CHO-FR含量占比更高的饲料消化更快。研究表明,粗饲料、能量饲料和蛋白质饲料中消化较快分别为全株玉米青贮、红枣和豆粕。 The aim of the test was to assess the nutrient composition and carbohydrate composition of more than 20commonly used equine animal feeds in Southland. The results show that comparing the conventional composition of the15 roughages measured. The CP content ranged from 3.31% to 19.43%, the EE content ranged from 1.23% to 2.94%, and the NDIP content ranged from 2.21% to 12.96%. Comparing the conventional composition of the five energy feeds, the CP content ranged from 5.66% to 15.63%, the EE content ranged from 1.60% to 4.08%, and the NDIP content ranged from2.51% to 8.33%. Comparing the conventional composition of the four protein feeds, the CP content ranged from 23.75% to46.32%, the EE content ranged from 1.26% to 15.99%, and the NDIP content ranged from 7.95% to 14.14%. Comparing24 feedstuffs in terms of carbohydrate fraction, overall the CHO-H content of energy feeds was higher than protein feeds and most roughage, the CHO-FR content of energy feeds was higher than roughages and protein feeds, and the CHO-FS content of roughage was higher than that of energy feeds and higher than that of some protein feeds. Analysis of feeds according to the digestive characteristics of the equine genus, feeds with higher ratios on CHO-H and CHO-FR content are digested more quickly, thus the more rapidly digested of the roughage, energy and protein feeds are whole plant maize silage, dates and soya meal respectively.
