杆菌七肽对克氏原螯虾生长性能、血清以及肝胰脏生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究饲料中添加不同水平的杆菌七肽对克氏原螯虾生长性能、血清及肝胰脏生化指标的影响。选取500尾、(10.19±0.05)g的克氏原螯虾,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复20尾。对照组鳌虾饲喂基础饵料,试验组鳌虾分别饲喂在基础饵料中添加2.5、5.0、7.5和10.0 mg/kg杆菌七肽的饵料。试验期8 w。结果显示:7.5 mg/kg组克氏原螯虾的末重、增重率和特定生长率最高,显著高于2.5 mg/kg组(P<0.05),与其他组差异不显著(P>0.05),7.5 mg/kg组克氏原螯虾的存活率显著高于10.0 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。10.0 mg/kg组克氏原螯虾血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性比对照组降低46.44%(P<0.05),7.5 mg/kg组克氏原螯虾血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性比对照组降低44.54%(P<0.05)。5.0 mg/kg组克氏原螯虾肝胰脏内总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于对照组、7.5 mg/kg组和10.0 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加一定量的杆菌七肽可以促进克氏原螯虾的生长性能,改善肝功能,以7.5 mg/kg添加组效果最佳。 The experiment was to study the effect of microcin C7 supplementation on growth performance,serum and hepatopancreas biochemical indexes of Procambarus clarkii.A total of 500 Procambarus clarkii with an initial average weight of(10.19±0.05)g were randomly divided into five groups,with five replicates in each group and 20 Procambarus clarkii in each replicate.Procambarus clarkii were fed with a basic diet with 0,2.5,5.0,7.5 and 10.0 mg/kg microcin C7 supplementation,respectively.The experiment lasted for 8 w.The results showed that the final weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate in 7.5 mg/kg group were the highest,which were significantly higher than those in 2.5 mg/kg group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 7.5 mg/kg group and other groups(P>0.05).The survival rate of 7.5 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of 10.0 mg/kg group(P<0.05).Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)activity in 10.0 mg/kg group was 46.44%lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)activity in 7.5 mg/kg group was 44.54%lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The hepatopancreas total protein(TP)content in 5.0 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group,7.5 mg/kg group and 10.0 mg/kg group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding microcin C7 can improve the growth performance and liver function of Procambarus clarkii,and the effect is the best in 7.5 mg/kg group.
