中国留学生抑郁和焦虑的计算机化认知行为治疗 被引量:1

摘要 为检验中文版计算机化认知行为治疗系统在缓解疫情期间中国留学生抑郁和焦虑症状方面的效果,采用即时访问组和延迟访问组的随机对照实验设计进行试点研究。在即时访问组完成干预后再为延迟访问组提供相同干预。结果发现,即时访问组和延迟访问组内干预后的抑郁和焦虑得分均呈显著性下降趋势。同时,在即时访问组完成干预后,两组之间的抑郁和焦虑得分存在显著性差异。实验结果表明,中文版计算机化认知行为治疗系统在缓解中国留学生抑郁和焦虑症状方面有显著性治疗效果。 The pilot randomized controlled study was conductedto investigate the effectiveness of the computerized cognitive behavioral therapy(CCBT)recourses for Chinese international students suffering with depressive and anxious symptoms.Eligible participants were randomly assigned to the immediate access group or the delayed access control group.Intervention was provided for the delayed access group after the immediate access group completing the intervention.Results showed that the depression and anxiety scores of both groups decreased significantly after taking the intervention;and there were significant differences between the scores of depression and anxiety of these two groups.That is to say,the Chinese version of the CCBT system has significant therapeutic effect in relieving symptoms of depression and anxiety among Chinese international students.
