生物基苯并噁嗪增韧二胺型苯并噁嗪树脂体系的制备及其性能 被引量:2

摘要 以苯酚、脂肪族聚二胺和多聚甲醛为原料,首先合成了一种新型生物基苯并噁嗪(P-dd1),并将其与传统的二胺型苯并噁嗪(P-ddm)按不同质量比例进行共混,制备了一系列P-ddm/P-dd1共聚物。采用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H NMR)对P-dd1和P-ddm的分子结构进行了表征。用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了P-dd1、P-ddm及其共混物的固化行为。采用热重分析(TG)和万能试验机,研究了固化后共聚物的热和力学性能。结果表明,P-dd1的加入,明显提高了P-ddm固化物(P(P-ddm))的韧性,且仍保持较高的综合力学性能和热稳定性。 A novel biobased benzoxazine(P-dd1)was synthesized from phenol,aliphatic polydiamine and paraformaldehyde.A series of P-ddm/P-dd1 copolymers were prepared by blending P-dd1 with traditional diamine-based benzoxazine(P-ddm)in different mass ratios.Firstly,the chemical structures of P-dd1 and P-ddm were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(1)H NMR).The polymerization processes of P-dd1,P-ddm and P-ddm/P-dd1 mixtures were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The thermal and mechanical properties of the cured copolymers were respectively explored with thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and universal testing machine.The results demonstrate that the addition of P-dd1 could obviously improve the toughness of the cured P-ddm(P(P-ddm))without sacrificing its comprehensive mechanical properties and thermostability.
