摘要
以聚三亚甲基碳酸酯二醇(PTMC-OH 2000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为主要原料,通过改变DMBA的含量,合成了一系列离子含量不同的羧酸型水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,并探讨了DMBA含量对WPU乳液及膜性能的影响。结果表明,WPU乳液粒径呈双峰分布且粒径随DMBA含量的增加先减小后增大;WPU膜的粗糙度随DMBA含量的增加而减小,且当DMBA含量为4%时,WPU膜表面有许多的球形颗粒;WPU膜具有较好的热稳定性和低结晶性,可作为颜料连接料应用于水基油墨。同时,制备的WPU基油墨具有可印刷性。
Taking poly(trimethylene carbonate)diol(PTMC-OH 2000),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),1,4-butanediol(BDO),dimethylol butanoic acid(DMBA)as main raw materials,a series of carboxylated waterborne polyurethane(WPU)emulsions with different ionic content were synthesized by changing the contents of DMBA.At the same time,the influence of the DMBA contents on WPU emulsions and the properties of the films were also discussed.The results show that the particle size distribution of WPU emulsions is bimodal and decreases at the beginning and then increases as the DMBA content increasing.The roughness of WPU films decreases with the increase of DMBA contents.There are lots of spherical particles on the surface of WPU film when the DMBA contnt is 4%.The WPU films have good thermal stability and weakly crystallinity and it can be used as pigment binder to apply to water-based inks.Meanwhile,the synthetic WPU-based ink has printability.
