吸盘式PVC防滑垫有害物质限量研究

Study on Limit of Harmful Substances of PVC Anti-slip Mats with Suction Cups Structure

基于国际/国家/行业/地方标准均未对吸盘式聚氯乙烯(PVC)防滑垫产品有害物质进行区分及限量的现状,参考相关国家/行业标准对30批次该类产品中氯乙烯单体、有害元素、可溶性有害元素、邻苯二甲酸酯含量进行测定及对比分析。结果表明,邻苯二甲酸酯是其中最值得关注的有害物质,70%样品的邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(DEHP)含量超过类似产品标准限量值的100倍以上。建议该类产品邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯(BBP)、DEHP、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DNOP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)的限量值为0.1%。

National and industry standards were used to test and contrastively analyze the content of vinyl chloride monomer,harmful element,soluble harmful element and phthalates for 30 batches of PVC(polyvinyl chloride)anti-slip mats with suction cups structure,since there was no relevant authoritative standard available.The results show that phthalates are the most noteworthy harmful substance,and the content of DEHP of 70%of samples are more than 100 times of the standard limit value of similar products.It is suggested that the limit values of di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP),benzyl-n-butyl ortho-phthalate(BBP),bis(2-ethylhexyl)ortho-phthalate(DEHP),di-n-octyl ortho-phthalate(DNOP),diisononyl ortho-phthalate(DINP)and diisodecyl ortho-phthalate(DIDP)should be 0.1%.
