摘要
进行了9根方钢管钢纤维改性再生混凝土短柱的轴压性能试验,主要分析了不同再生混凝土取代率、不同钢纤维掺量、不同混凝土强度对方钢管混凝土短柱受力性能的影响。研究发现添加钢纤维的再生混凝土抗压强度高,也可以抑制钢管内混凝土的变形;再生混凝土取代率与试件承载力成反比且影响程度最小;钢纤维掺量和混凝土强度与试件承载力成正比,混凝土强度对承载力影响最大,并探讨了方钢管钢纤维再生混凝土短柱的承载力计算方法,计算值与试验值吻合良好。
Axial compression performance tests of 9 steel fiber modified recycled concrete filled square steel tube short columns were carried out.The effects of different recycled concrete substitution rate,steel fiber content and concrete strength on the mechanical properties of steel fiber recycled concrete filled steel tube short columns were analyzed.The results found that the steel fiber-added recycled concrete had high compressive strength and could also inhibited the deformation of the concrete in the steel tube.The replacement rate of recycled concrete was inversely proportional to the bearing capacity of the specimen and had the smallest degree of influence.The steel fiber content and concrete strength were proportional to the bearing capacity of the test specimens,and the concrete strength had the greatest influence on the bearing capacity.The calculation method of the bearing capacity of steel fiber recycled concrete filled square steel tube short columns was also discussed.The calculated value agreed well with the experimental value.
