摘要
预应力CFRP筋SRC(型钢混凝土)构件是将CFRP筋作为预应力筋穿入型钢混凝土中形成的新型结构构件。将预应力张拉水平、偏心距、配钢量作为试验参数,对8根预应力CFRP筋型钢混凝土构件进行竖向拉伸试验研究,通过观测构件变形情况分析其最终破坏形态以及加载到屈服阶段时的挠度特性。结果表明:偏心距与预应力张拉水平是影响试件挠度特征的重要影响因素,而改变含钢率对试件屈服阶段的挠度特性影响不为明显。同时,对各试件最大挠度进行分析。利用结构力学中的刚度解析法与欧拉经典挠曲理论推导出预应力CFRP筋型钢混凝土构件在屈服荷载条件下最大挠度计算式,并将计算值与试验值进行比较,结果表明两者吻合较好。
Steel reinforced concrete members with prestressed CFRP tendons are a new type of structural members which are formed by inserting CFRP tendons into steel reinforced concrete as prestressed tendons.Eight steel reinforced concrete members with prestressed CFRP tendons were tested in vertical tension based on the influence factors of the prestress tension level,the eccentricity,the ratio of the steel,and the final failure form and deflection characteristics of the members stage were analyzed by observing the deformation of the members when they were loaded to the yield.The results show that the eccentricity and the level of prestress tension are the important factors affecting the deflection characteristics of the specimen,while the change of steel content has little influence on the deflection characteristics of the specimen at the yield stage.At the same time,the maximum deflection of each specimen is analyzed.The formula of maximum deflection of steel reinforced concrete members with prestressed CFRP bars under yield load is derived by using stiffness analysis method and graph multiplication in structural mechanics,and the results show that they are in good agreement when the calculated values are compared with the experimental values.
