摘要
基于FRSCC在南疆盐渍土环境中的腐蚀破坏现象,通过优选矿物掺合料、聚丙烯纤维和混凝土添加剂配制C30~C80自密实混凝土,研究高浓度硫酸盐和氯盐共同作用下机械振捣成型、自密实成型及6 m高抛成型工艺对FRSCC耐久性的影响。试验结果表明,对于同强度等级FRSCC,振捣成型工艺混凝土的相对动弹性模量值最高,抗冻性最好,自密实成型工艺次之,6 m高抛工艺成型最低;多种成型工艺的FRSCC总电通量均达到Q-IV等级,成型工艺对氯离子抗渗性影响不大,3种成型工艺下的FRSCC-80都具备优异的抗渗透性。
Based on the corrosion failure phenomenon of FRSCC in saline soil environment in southern Xinjiang,C30~C80 self-compacting concrete was prepared by optimizing mineral admixtures,polypropylene fiber and concrete additives.The effects of mechanical vibration molding,self-compacting molding and 6 m high throwing molding process on the durability of FRSCC under the combined action of high concentration of sulfate and chloride were studied.The test results show that for FRSCC with the same strength grade,the relative dynamic elastic modulus value of vibration molding process concrete is the highest,so the frost resistance is the best,the self-compacting molding process is the second,and the 6 m high polishing process is the lowest.The total electric flux of FRSCC in various molding processes reached Q-IV level,and the molding process had little effect on the permeability resistance of chloride ions.FRSCC-80 under the three molding processes had excellent permeability resistance.
