复合氮源及碳氮比对鹿茸菇工厂化栽培的效应研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用工厂化袋栽模式,以麸皮、大豆粉、玉米粉为主要氮源设10组栽培配方,研究不同氮源及碳氮比对鹿茸菇菌丝生长和子实体产量的影响。结果表明:培养料添加复合氮源更利于鹿茸菇生长,菌丝生长速度及子实体产量均以氮源麸皮︰大豆粉︰玉米粉为1︰1︰1的配方为佳,即木屑38%、玉米芯30%、麸皮10%、大豆粉10%、玉米粉10%、轻质碳酸钙1.5%、石灰0.5%(C/N 29.7);添加单一氮源则以麸皮配方的菌丝生长速度优于大豆粉配方和玉米粉配方,大豆粉配方的子实体产量高于玉米粉配方和麸皮配方。分析结果显示:配方碳氮比(C/N 17.92~53.88)在一定范围内与子实体产量呈负显著相关,碳氮比越大越不利于子实体产出。 Using the industrial bag cultivation mode,10 groups of cultivation formulas were set up with bran,soybean meal and corn meal as the main nitrogen sources to study the effects of different nitrogen sources and carbon-nitrogen ratios(C/N)on the growth of Lyophyllum decastes mycelium and fruiting body yield.The optimum formula for mycelial growth rate and fruiting body yield was nitrogen source of the ratio of 1∶1∶1 of bran flour,soybean flour and corn flour.When adding a single nitrogen source,the growth rate of mycelium of the formula with bran as the main nitrogen source was better than that of soybean meal and corn meal,and the yield of fruiting body of the formula with soybean meal as the main nitrogen source was higher than that of corn meal and bran.The analysis results showed that the formula carbon-nitrogen ratio(C/N 17.92~53.88)was negatively and significantly correlated with the fruit body yield within a certain range,and the higher the carbon-nitrogen ratio,the more unfavorable the fruit body yield.
