浅黄色金针菇工厂化生产菌株的杂交选育

Study on hybrid breeding of light yellow strain of Flammulina velutipes for industrial cultivation

为获得适合工厂化栽培的浅黄色金针菇品种,以白色金针菇菌株QFC和黄色金针菇菌株Q100为亲本进行多孢杂交,获得24个长势较好的双核杂交菌株。对其进行工厂化栽培出菇初筛,结果9个菌株未出芽,7个菌株产量低,8个菌株生长表现好、单瓶产量超过360 g。对8个优势菌株进行二次出菇筛选,得到菇形整齐、菇柄粗壮、生长周期短、产量高的浅黄色杂交菌株ZX112。将ZX112与两亲本进行比较,结果为菌丝形态同黄色亲本较为接近,产量稍高于黄色亲本,低于白色亲本;菇形和菇体紧实度优于黄色亲本,与白色亲本相近。

To obtain light yellow Flammulina velutipes strains suitable for industrial cultivation,the white Flammulina velutipes strain QFC and the yellow strain Q100 were used as parents to carry out multi-spore hybridization,and 24 dinuclear hybrid strains with good growth were obtained.The results of the industrial cultivation test showed that 9 strains had no primordium formation and 7 strains had low yield,8 dominant strains with good growth performance and yields over 360 g/bottle were selected for the secondary screening.The rescreening test obtained a light yellow hybrid strain ZX112 with neat mushroom shape,thick mushroom stem,short growth cycle and high yield.Compared with its parent strains,the mycelial morphology of ZX112 was closed to yellow parent strain,with fast growth,short cycle,the production was slightly higher than the yellow parent strain,but lower than the white parent strain.Besides,mushroom shape and firmness was better than the yellow parent strain,and similar to the white parent strain.
