教育信息化项目是学校实现教育教学水平弯道超车和跨越式发展的重要抓手,通过对职业院校教育信息化项目推进现状进行调查与分析,剖析职业院校在推进教育信息化项目过程中存在的问题及原因,从统筹规划、集约建设、绩效考核以及风险管控等四个维度提出了构建教育信息化项目有效推进的解决方案,并以某院校教育信息化项目为样本进行经验归纳与总结,为相关职业院校教育信息化项目的有效推进提供参考与借鉴。

Projects of Education informatization is an important focus of the school to attain curve overtaking and leapfrog development in teaching and education levels. The paper put forward the solution in effectively promoting project construction of education informatization from the four aspects of overall planning,intensive construction,performance appraisal and risk control through the investigation and analysis of the situation,problems and reasons in the process,and took one college as a sample for experience induction and summary in the hope of providing reference for related vocational colleges to promote projects of education informatization.
