促凝剂对电解质及肾功能检查结果的影响分析

摘要 目的探究电解质及肾功能检测时选择含有促凝剂的采血试管对检测结果的影响。方法选择洛阳第七人民医院2019年7月至2021年6月收治的106例病患为研究主体。全部病患均采集清晨空腹静脉血8 mL,其中4 mL置于普通真空采血管内,另外4 mL置于含有促凝剂的真空采血管中,两管血液标本处理方式及处理时间均相同。使用全自动生化分析仪及其配套试剂对血液样本实施检测,检测项目主要是电解质及肾功能指标。对比每组镁离子、氯离子、钙离子、无机磷、钠离子、钾离子、血尿素氮、血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制物C、尿酸、血清肌酐、二氧化碳、β2微球蛋白水平。结果两组血液样本内镁离子、氯离子、钙离子、无机磷、钠离子及钾离子水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组血液样本内血尿素氮、血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制物C、尿酸、血清肌酐、二氧化碳及β2微球蛋白水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上在对血尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸及氯离子、钠离子、钾离子进行检测时,选择有促凝剂的真空采血管进行血液样本采集,并不会对检测结果造成影响,能够缩短临床检验结果报告时间,为及时诊断疾病赢取宝贵时间。在临床疾病诊断中,使用含有促凝剂的真空采血管能够发挥良好效果。 Objective To study the influence of blood sampling test tube with coagulants during the electrolyte and renal function examination.Methods A total of 106 patients admitted to the seventh people's Hospital of Luoyang from July 2019 to June 2019 were chosen as research subjects.All patients underwent morning fasting venous blood collection.8mL of blood samples were collected from each patient,of which 4mL were placed in normal vacuum blood collection tube and 4mL in vacuum blood collection tube containing coagulants,both blood specimens were treated in the same way and for the same time.The automatic biochemical analyzer and its supporting reagents were used to detect blood samples.The main items were electrolyte and renal function indexes.The levels of magnesium ion,chloride ion,calcium ion,inorganic phosphorus,sodium ion,potassium ion,blood urea nitrogen,serum cystatin protease inhibitor C,uric acid,serum creatinine,carbon dioxide andβ2-microglobulin were compared in each group.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of magnesium ion,chloride ion,calcium ion,inorganic phosphorus,sodium ion and potassium ion between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood urea nitrogen,serum cystatin C,uric acid,serum creatinine,carbon dioxide andβ2-microglobulin levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion When blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,chloride,sodium ion and Potassium ion are tested clinically,vacuum blood collection tube with coagulants will be selected for blood sampling and the test results will not be affected,it can shorten the reporting time of clinical test results and gain valuable time for timely diagnosis of diseases.The use of vacuum blood collection tube with coagulants has been shown to be effective in clinical diagnosis.
